Cathedral Group

We have worked with independent property company Cathedral Group since 1999.  In recent years, Martyn Evans has also worked as their Creative Director.  Cathedral has a portfolio of unique developments including PFI partnership deals, residential, retail and commercial projects.

In summer 2008 we converted a 1960’s commuter train carriage into London’s coolest café and installed it on a development site in Deptford High Street, South London.  It’s there as the first step in a branding programme and to kick start a regeneration process – Cathedral are currently developing the site with a Richard Rogers building at its heart.

The Deptford Project

The Deptford Project

An application for planning permission for a large development on Maidstone’s riverfront was supported by a stealth campaign to build Maidstone’s reputation as a fashionable place to live. 10,000 copies of an un-branded guide to the cool, underground Maidstone were distributed to the media, opinion formers and local residents including information about the development.  It resulted in TV, radio and national newspaper coverage.  Planning permission was swiftly granted.

Maidstone - Alternative Urban Living

Canary South is a development of 178 luxury apartments in London’s Canary Wharf.  As part of our complete marketing campaign we commissioned fashion designer Bella Freud to design the show apartment.  Bella produced a design radically different from all the other show apartments in Canary Wharf enabling us to secure media coverage for the launch that would never normally be available to a new development.

The Daily Telegraph House and Home

Foxbury Manor was converted from a 35-bedroom conference centre to a single private home.  Our marketing campaign used the best of contemporary styling, photography and design to present the Victorian Gothic mansion as the most modern of homes, resulting in a successful quick sale.
